MiaCara 創辦人Sebastian Zweig一次又一次地注意到許多寵物產品根本達不到產品承諾的品質。有一天，他的愛犬Cara甚至拒絕躺在新的狗墊上，因為她害怕裡面泡沫塑膠球的沙沙聲。那一刻他想，有一件事可以做得更好。他確信還有更多像他一樣有同樣要求的狗主人。在討論與妻子討論後，已經是頂級瑞士傢俱品牌高管的他，毅然決定開始製造兼具功能性及美學的寵物用品；一開始這只是一個模糊的想法，然後越來越具體，最後他們做出決定：讓我們試試看！
